The closest métro station is St Augustin, only 2 minutes away.

Located on the 5th floor of a Haussman style building - with private lift - this 3 bedroom duplex apartment sleeps 6 people (in a double, a twin, a single and a fold-out bed in the study area). An old-style, family home, adorned with antiques and paintings, it has been decorated to give a truly "country within the city" feel. The lift arrives directly into the entrance hall and a small flight of stairs leads to the main living, dining, kitchen and study area. These also a separate loo on this floor.

The living room (20ft6 x 17ft9, 6.20m x 5.40m) has 2 two seater sofas, 3 armchairs, 4 chairs, a chest of drawers and a desk, all antique. It has wooden beams, large velux windows facing due south with a view onto the St Augustin church and small mezzanine area reached by a short wooden ladder. The kitchen is connected to the dinning room and has all the expected appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine, electric hobs, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and wooden work surfaces. The breakfast table seats 4.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are housed on the lower floor. The main bedroom has a 5ft3 double bed, antique chest of drawers, desk, lamps and a TV (again with cable channels) and DVD player. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with double wash basins, full sized bath with hand held shower and a loo.

The twin and single bedrooms have good storage space and desks. All rooms face due south and enjoy lots of light. The sixth person is accommodated on the fold-out bed in the study area.
