Our Properties

Most of our Paris accommodations are either the homes of Parisiens who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All our Paris lodgings are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

Most are no more than 10 minutes from the métro - often less.

All our Paris vacation rentals come with their own "mini guide" written in English and covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, bars, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All Paris apartments have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Most have a computer and internet access.

Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.25 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €75 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.

If you book consecutive rentals in Paris and London the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €750 (£500).

Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

On the page of each Paris rental click the Map link to pinpoint its location. This guide to Paris Arrondissements will give you a quick introduction to Paris and our How To Choose Your Paris Vacation page might also help.

World famous for its authentic charm, village atmosphere and fairytale architecture, Montmartre has attracted painters and writers for centuries. Amazingly however, few seem to wonder down its northern slopes, choosing rather to congregate around the Place du Tertre or the Sacré Coeur. Indeed take the time to walk two minutes north of these famous monuments and you will find the genuinely "Parisian" Montmartre, free of tourists and retaining a true community that mixes musicians, artists and film personalities with locals that have lived here for centuries.

rue Legandre (Ref: PLGN) - sleeps 4/6

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Batignolles area of Paris, just west of Montmatre. The area makes up one of Paris's seven villages and its inhabitants are sufficiently proud of its uniqueness to have formed an association for the preservation of its "caractère villagoise". Indeed, largely unknown to tourists, the area retains a genuine Parisian charm that many other areas have lost.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a Haussman style building. It sleeps 4/6 in a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living area. It faces due south and enjoys copious amounts of sunshine and light.

The building dates back to 1783, before the French revolution, and is situated on the boundary of Lutéce (old Paris). It is owned by an opera singer who has decorated the apartment immaculately with the idea of giving each room its individual character. Buildings from this period were built with thick walls and the apartment boasts double windows both keeping out noise and leaving the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
