Our Properties Most of our Paris accommodtions are either the homes of Parisiens who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre. All our Paris lodgings hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities. Most are no more than 10 minutes from the métro - often less. All our Paris vacation rentals come with their own "mini guide" written in English and covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, bars, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc. All Paris apartments have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Most have a computer and internet access. |

Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.25 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €75 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. If you book consecutive rentals in Paris and London the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €750 (£500). Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice. Featured Properties - a selection of our favourite Paris short let properties. rue Montmartre (Ref: PMNT) - sleeps 4/6 It is hard to find better than this stylish 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. Its central location means that many of the capitals major attractions are at your doorstep. It is within walking distance of the major shopping areas and next door to rue Montorgeuil - a famous pedestrian-only market street where you will find some of the best bakeries, groceries, cheese shops and delicatessens Paris has to offer. It's difficult to ask for more!
rue Saint Croix de la Bretonnerie (Ref: PSCB) - sleeps 4 This newly renovated, beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Marais. You are within walking distance of some of the cities greatest attractions including the Place des Vosges, the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis and the River Seine. The nearest métro is only a 2 minute walk away at Hotel de Ville. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and sleeps 4 people comfortably in a double bedroom and a large fold out sofa bed in the living room.
rue Jean Jaques Rousseau (Ref: PJJR) - sleeps 5 Just off rue Etienne Marcel and the Quartier Montorgueil, this wonderfully atypical duplex apartment is located in one of Paris's most central and fashionable areas. Many of the city's most famous attractions including the Louvre, the Pompidou Centre, the River Seine, and the Marais are all within walking distance. Situated on the forth floor (with lift) of a 17th century building, the apartment sleeps 5 in two double bedrooms and one single. There are two bathrooms. This property is adjoining PJJR2 (sleeps 3), so both rented together can accommodate a party of 8.
rue Jean Jaques Rousseau (2) (Ref: PJJR2) - sleeps 2/3 Located near rue Etienne Marcel and the Quartier Montorgueil this bright well designed studio apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with child. It is situated in one of Paris's most fashionable and sought after areas which has become, a hub for the young and artistic, bringing with them a wealth of fashion boutiques, trendy restaurants, bistros and bars, boulangeries and delicatessens. The apartment sleeps 2/3 and has been designed as an open space (400sqft, 37m2) with separate bathroom. This property is adjoining PJJR (sleeps 5), so both rented together can accommodate a party of 7/8.
rue Claude Bernard (Ref: PCDB) - sleeps 5 This typically French apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, at the foot of the rue Mouffetard, one of the city's oldest streets. For generations it was known as one of the great market streets of Paris. The market tradition has hung on to this day and every morning you will find fruit and vegetable stalls, shops selling fine cheeses and wines and traditional market cafés. The apartment is situated on the first floor (no lift) and sleeps 5 comfortably in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, there are 2 bathrooms.
Cour St Pierre (Ref: PCSP) - sleeps 7 If you have undertaken the almost impossible task of trying to find a large house in the centre of Paris, look no further! This informal town-house is not only a rare find but also boasts its own private street complete with a large gate and digicode blocking access to the public. The house sleeps 7 people in 2 double bedrooms a 1 twin and a single.
Sainte Henriette (Ref: PSHN) - sleeps 8/9 A house that sleeps 8/9 in Paris is almost unheard of. This great value triplex is an ideal choice for a large family or a party of friends that want reasonable comfort at a low budget price. Located in the vibrant multi-cultural area between the Porte de Clignancourt and the foot of Montmartre, the area retains a local village feel. The Sacré Coeur is a 10 minute walk away and the rue du Poteau is virtually at your doorstep (see: Paris for Foodies). Le Marché de St Ouen, Paris's largest antique and clothes market, is also only a five minute walk away. The house sleeps 8 in 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom that sleeps 4 in two double bunk-beds, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning. It is possible for a ninth person to sleep on a sofa in the living area. There are two bathrooms. The windows the top bedroom open onto a large roof terrace where in the warmer months one can enjoy a drink or a meal under the Paris sky.
