Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.30 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €100 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.
If you book consecutive rentals in Paris and London the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €600 (£500).
Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

Located on the doorstep of one of Paris's most beautiful parks this newly renovated apartment sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a fold-out sofa-bed in the living area.
This is an excellent starting point to explore Paris's most famous area, with the Pantheon, Saint Michel, Saint Germain and Montparnasse all a short walk away. Your nearest métros are Vivin and Port Royal offering direct connections to both Paris's main airports.

This well designed one bedroom apartment is located in the very central 2nd arrondissement. It's within walking distance of many of the city's great monuments and attractions.
The apartment, which sleeps two in one double bedroom, is situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a 16th century building. It is owned by an artist and has recently (2007) been renovated and decorated in a modern contemporary style. There is parquet flooring throughout and original paintings and prints hang on the walls.

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated right next to the Jardin des Plantes one of the 2 major parks in the Latin quarter of Paris. It houses the natural history museum and botanical gardens and is an ideal haven to escape the hustle bustle of France's capital city. All the major sights and monuments of the Latin Quarter are within easy walking distance.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms, there's one bathroom. It is decorated in a classic Parisian style with antiques, fireplaces and wooden parquet flooring throughout. The French windows in all the rooms open onto a narrow balcony that runs along the length of the property.

This is a haven of peace, wonderfully located in Saint Germain, with easy access to sights and shopping. Indeed the church of St. Germain des Prés, the official "center" of the area, is just a stone's throw away, whilst Les Invalides, the river Seine and the Eiffel Tower are all within walking distance. The area offers épiciers, boulangeries, cafés, brasseries and wonderful restaurants.

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Batignolles area of Paris, just west of Montmatre. The area makes up one of Paris's seven villages and its inhabitants are sufficiently proud of its uniqueness to have formed an association for the preservation of its "caractère villagoise". Indeed, largely unknown to tourists, the area retains a genuine Parisian charm that many other areas have lost.

To add to the charm of this apartment you have an amazing view of the Tour Saint Jacques and its surrounding park. The nearest métro is a 2 minute walk away at Hotel de Ville or Chatelet.

The Isle Saint Louis, Notre Dame and the river Seine are all just a 5 minute walk, while your nearest métro is just 2 steps away - Rambuteau.
